About Us

We are Dave Howard and John DeLuca-Howard, children of Jack and Donna Howard, whose dream it was to build a place where the family could retreat from the pressures of the big city.

John and Dave now have families of their own and, with the increasing demands of modern life, felt the need to augment their income in order to contiue with the upkeep of the cottage. We decided to rent it for a time duing the year and invest in the property to keep it up and, hopefully, continue to develop it.

Our goal is to rent our retreat for a portion of the year at reaonable rates, to deflect the costs of maintenance, utilities, upkeep and taxes. In exhange we offer a very enjoyable, relaxing environment where people can enjoy themselves and create hopefully lasting memories with their families and friends.
