More summer flowers!
My favourite flowers are now starting to appear in our wildgarden! Lavender, brown-eyed susan and queen anne’s lace, all roadside plants. I love them so much, reminding me of my hours and hours of time in nature when I was a kid. Apparently, yet again, research shows nature (paticularly biodiversity) is really good for us.

End of the parade
A found sketch from a 2004 ‘sketchcrawl’ where we wandered onto the end of that year’s Santa Claus Day Parade, sketching madly as the marching bands began to dissipate. It was so much fun, I should try this again some time, even make this a regular thing.
